Some machines manufactured by Rcade.com.au may offer customisable options.

These options will appear as a drop down menu on the item page and will include a list of pre-defined customisations available for that item.

If you would like a custom option that isn’t listed, please see our VIP Customisation section below

All machines manufactured by Rcade.com.au are completely customisable.

For options not offered on the item page, please Contact Us to discuss your plans and for a quote.

We can also custom manufacture cabinets and machines from your own design. Our maximum stock dimensions are 900mm x 600mm. For more information please call (02) 9161 8005 and select option 3.

Manufacturing times listed for parts and machines on backorder my vary.
We will inform you of any delay and updates on estimated delivery dates via the contact method provided at point of sale.
If you require an item on backorder to be delivered by a specific date, we recommend placing your order over the phone to verify that any requirements are achievable.

Custom-Made Goods
We may offer an estimated delivery date for custom made goods in good faith; however, this estimate may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Purchasers of custom-made goods may call during business hours to receive an update on their order.

All orders can be picked up at our Casula, NSW warehouse.

All pickups will be by appointment.

To book your pickup time, please Contact Us BEFORE you place your order and you will be given a coupon code that removes any shipping cost.

All orders (unless otherwise noted) will be delivered by the following:

• Sendle Parcel Courier – 3-5 days average;
• Australia Post – 4-7 days average; or
• Other Methods Where Necessary.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected and stock status of the goods to be delivered.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.

Orders are subject to a standard processing time of 1-2 business days.

Please make sure your details are complete and correct when placing your order. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person. If you notice an error on your order, please Contact Us via phone or email as soon as possible.
